Details and Rules:1. The Home Fashions U “Life Style of Your Pet Contest 2010”will kick-off on March 8, 2010.
2. Contest entries will be of my pet living his/her life style in my home.
3. Your entry photo form must be postmarked by April 8th, if mailed. Email entries should be sent to homefashionsU@gmail.com. Mail entries to 7755 W Ludlow Dr. Peoria, AZ 85381. Photos will not be returned unless postage is included in mailing. Home Fashions U and/or its affiliates will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged entries.
4. Limit one entry per person.
5. All entries must be accompanied by a release form. No project will be accepted for the competition without this release form.
6. Entry photos will be posted on the HFU blog and will be voted by “you”, our readers, after April 8th.
7. Prizes include: Grand Prize – Grand Prize Goober Pet Direct Gift Basket, featured in the Spring Issue of Home Fashions U Newsletter and Home Fashions U Blog, plus Silk Photo Pillow of your Pet; Second place runner up – Silk Photo Pillows of Your Pet, Custom Collar for Your Pet from Pam Damour Decorating Diva; Third place runner up – $30 gift certificate to be used for Photo Pillow Online class and Silk Photo Pillow of your Pet.
